Indication

Intestinal regulation (regulating bowel movements), constipation, abdominal fullness, and soft stools

Active Ingredients (per 6 tablets (1 daily dose))

Bifidobacterium 18 mg
Lactomin (lactic acid bacteria) 18 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 6 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 12 mg

Inactive Ingredients

Corn starch, reduced maltose syrup, carmellose calcium, erythritol, magnesium stearate, aspartame (L-phenylalanine compound), silicic anhydride

Instructions for Use

  • Take after meals with water or lukewarm water.
Age Dose per use Times per day
Adults (15 years and older) 2 tablets 3 times a day
Under 15 years Do not take
  • Do not return wet tablets to the bottle, as this may cause discoloration or quality changes.
  • Once opened, use within 6 months for best quality.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product if you:
  • (1) Are under the care of a physician.
  • (2) Have been diagnosed with phenylketonuria.
  • Stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
  • Gastrointestinal: Nausea or vomiting
  • Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if the following symptom persists or worsens:
  • Diarrhea
  • Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after about 1 month.

Additional Information

If you are scheduled for a urinary or fecal test, inform your physician that you are taking this product, as it may affect test values.
Urine may turn yellow after taking this product — this is caused by vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and is not harmful.
Tablets may have red spots from vitamin B2 (riboflavin), but this does not affect efficacy.
