Indication

Relief of menstrual pain, headache, lower back pain, shoulder pain, muscle pain, joint pain, bruising pain, fracture pain, sprain pain, toothache, post-extraction pain, neuralgia, earache, traumatic pain, and sore throat. Also for fever and chills.

Active Ingredients (per tablet)

Acetaminophen 100mg

Inactive Ingredients

Ethylcellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, cetanol, triacetin, synthetic hydrotalcite, D-mannitol, cornstarch, hydroxypropylcellulose, sucralose, l-menthol, flavoring, dextrin, vanillin, magnesium stearate

Instructions for Use

  • Chew or let dissolve in the mouth. Can be taken without water. Try to avoid taking on an empty stomach. Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

  • Children should take under adult supervision.
  • When carrying the medicine outside (e.g., to school), instruct children on the correct dosage and how to take it in advance.
  • Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
  • To remove a tablet: press firmly on the raised bump of the blister pack to break through the foil backing, then take the tablet out. Do not swallow the tablet while still inside the blister sheet — it may pierce the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have had asthma triggered by this product, other analgesics/antipyretics, or cold medicines.
  • Do not take together with other analgesics/antipyretics, cold medicines, or sedatives.
  • Do not drink alcohol before or after taking.
  • Do not use long-term.
  • Consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical or dental treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Are elderly.
  • (4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
  • (5) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or gastric or duodenal ulcers.
  • Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious side effects occur:
  • Anaphylactic shock: itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or loss of consciousness shortly after taking
  • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / Toxic epidermal necrolysis / Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, eye redness, discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash or redness, pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite that persists or suddenly worsens
  • Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: widespread skin redness, generalized rash, fever, general malaise, swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin)
  • Liver dysfunction: fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), dark urine, general malaise, loss of appetite
  • Kidney disorder: fever, rash, decreased urination, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain, diarrhea
  • Interstitial pneumonia: shortness of breath on exertion, difficulty breathing, dry cough, or fever that appears suddenly or persists
  • Asthma: wheezing or hissing when breathing, difficulty breathing
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
  • Skin: rash, redness, itching
  • GI: nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite
  • CNS: dizziness
  • Other: excessive drop in body temperature
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 doses, stop and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not scratch or damage the foil on the back of unused tablets, as this may cause the medicine to deteriorate.

Age-appropriate dosing for children in elementary, middle, and high school (ages 7–14).
Contains no drowsy ingredients — won't interfere with school life.
Fruit-flavored chewable tablet — not bitter, and can be taken without water.
