Indication
Relief of pain, bleeding, swelling, and itching from hemorrhoids
Active Ingredients (per 1 suppository (1.75 g))
Prednisolone acetate 1 mg
Diphenhydramine 10 mg
Allantoin 10 mg
Tocopherol acetate 50 mg
Lidocaine hydrochloride 60 mg
Inactive Ingredients
Anhydrous silicic acid, magnesium aluminate metasilicate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, squalane, acrylate starch, hard fat
Instructions for Use
- ✓Insert 1 suppository into the anus per dose.
- ✓To remove from package: Cut one piece at the perforated end, then peel the plastic apart from the sides.
- ✓To use: Warm the surface briefly in your hands to soften slightly, then insert with the pointed end first, pushing fully in with your finger.
- ✓If the suppository is too soft, cool it briefly before use. If too hard, allow to soften before use.
- ✓For use in the anus only.

- ✕Do not use this product if you:
- (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) Have a pus-forming infection at the affected area.
- ✕Do not use this product together with any internal medicine containing antihistamines, including cold medicine, expectorants, rhinitis medicine, motion sickness medicine, or allergy medicine.
- ✓After use, do not drive or operate machinery, as drowsiness may occur.
- ✓If you are breastfeeding, do not use this product, or avoid breastfeeding while using it.
- ✕Do not use this product for extended periods.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if the following serious symptom appears:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouding of consciousness immediately after use.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under the care of a physician.
- (2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
- (3) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
- (4) Have difficulty urinating.
- (5) Have been diagnosed with glaucoma.
- ✓Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after using this product, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, or swelling
- Urinary system: Difficulty urinating
- Other: Irritation, worsening infection, or abnormal sensitivity to light
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if the following symptoms persist or worsen:
- Dry mouth or drowsiness
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 10 days.
