Indication
Relief of nasal symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and head heaviness.

Naphazoline hydrochloride 50mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 500mg
Lidocaine 300mg
Benzethonium chloride 20mg
Inactive Ingredients
pH adjusters, isotonicity agents
Instructions for Use
- ✓Spray into each nostril as needed. Leave at least 3 hours between uses.

- ✓Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
- ✓Overuse may worsen nasal congestion.
- ✓Children should use under adult supervision.
- ✓For nasal use only.
- ✓How to use: Remove the cap. On first use, pump several times until liquid sprays. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle slightly into the nostril. Breathe in gently while pressing down firmly, spraying 1–2 times. After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the cap.
- ✓Note: The internal tube has a curved tip — keep the bottle upright (do not tilt) for smooth delivery. Do not pierce the nozzle with a needle or sharp object.
- ✕Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not use long-term.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (4) Have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorder, or glaucoma.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after use:
- Skin: rash, redness, itching
- Nose: swelling, irritation
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if you experience the following serious side effect:
- Anaphylactic shock: sudden itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, throat itching, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness shortly after use
- ✓If symptoms do not improve after 3 days of use, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
- ✓Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, with the cap on. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not share with others. Do not use after the expiry date. Once opened, use as soon as possible.
