Age Dose per use Times per day
Adults (15 and older) 2–3 sprays into each nostril 1–2 times daily
Under 15 years Do not use
  • Follow the prescribed dosage and method strictly. This product has a long duration of action and is effective with just 1–2 uses per day. Overuse may worsen nasal congestion. For nasal use only.
  • Blow your nose gently before use (avoid blowing too forcefully). Remove the cap and hold the container as directed. When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the spray mists properly. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray, then repeat for the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue after each use and replace the cap.
  • Always hold the container upright when spraying — lying it on its side prevents the spray from misting properly. Be careful not to let the nozzle tip touch nasal discharge, as this may contaminate the spray.
  • Do not use this product if you:
  • (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
  • (2) Are taking MAO inhibitors or similar medications (e.g., selegiline hydrochloride, zonisamide, or entacapone).
  • (3) Are under 15 years of age.
  • Do not use this product continuously for more than 1 week, as this may damage the nasal mucosa.
  • Do not apply this product long-term or in large amounts to mucous membranes, broken skin, or inflamed areas.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Have ever had an allergic reaction to medicines or other substances.
  • (4) Have been diagnosed with any of the following: high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorder, or glaucoma.
  • Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following occur after use:
  • Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
  • Nasal: Swelling, irritation, dryness, runny nose, or sneezing
  • Nervous system: Nervousness, headache, dizziness, or insomnia
  • Cardiovascular: Palpitations
  • Digestive: Nausea or vomiting
  • If symptoms do not improve after about 3 days of use, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap on. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not share with others. Do not use after the expiry date.

Additional Information

This product works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal cavity to relieve congestion and inflammation. Each press delivers a consistent measured dose. Once sprayed, liquid does not flow back into the container, keeping it hygienic.
