Antihistamine and decongestant for rhinitis — capsules for children aged 7–14
Capsules
Relief of nasal symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, and head heaviness.
Active Ingredients (per capsule)
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30mg
Carbinoxamine maleate 3mg
Belladonna total alkaloids 0.1mg
Anhydrous caffeine 25mg
Inactive Ingredients
Magnesium aluminometasilicate, sucrose, corn starch, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, cellulose, talc, ammonio alkyl methacrylate copolymer, stearyl alcohol, sorbitan trioleate, Yellow No. 5, gelatin, sodium lauryl sulfate
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take with water or lukewarm water every 12 hours.

- ✓Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
- ✓Children should take under adult supervision.
- ✓To remove a capsule: press firmly on the raised bump of the blister pack to break through the foil backing, then take the capsule out. Do not swallow the capsule while still inside the blister sheet — it may pierce the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
- ✕Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not use if you have difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement.
- ✕Do not use if you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disorder, or diabetes.
- ✕Do not use together with other rhinitis oral medicines, antihistamine-containing oral medicines (cold medicines, antitussives/expectorants, motion sickness medicines, allergy medicines, etc.), oral medicines containing pseudoephedrine hydrochloride or pseudoephedrine sulfate, or antispasmodic GI medicines.
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking (may cause drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal light sensitivity).
- ✕Do not use long-term.
- ✕Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are breastfeeding.
- (4) Are elderly.
- (5) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (6) Have experienced insomnia, dizziness, weakness, tremors, or palpitations when taking cold medicines, antitussives/expectorants, or rhinitis oral medicines.
- (7) Have high fever or difficulty urinating.
- (8) Have been diagnosed with glaucoma or kidney disease.
- (9) Are being treated with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (such as selegiline hydrochloride) (used for Parkinson's disease).
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
- Skin: rash, redness, itching
- GI: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
- CNS: dizziness, insomnia, nervousness, headache, convulsions
- Urinary: difficulty urinating
- Other: facial flushing, abnormal light sensitivity
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if you experience the following serious side effect:
- Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, widespread skin rash and redness, small pustules on reddened skin, general malaise, or loss of appetite that persists or suddenly worsens
- ✓If the following symptoms persist or worsen after taking, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you: dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, blurred vision.
- ✓If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date. Even within the expiry date, use within 6 months of opening.
