Relief of cough and phlegm.
Active Ingredients (per 2 capsules (single dose))
Bromhexine hydrochloride 4 mg
Dihydrocodeine phosphate 10 mg
Noscapine 20 mg
dl-Methylephedrine hydrochloride 25 mg
Carbinoxamine maleate 4 mg
Anhydrous caffeine 50 mg

Potato starch, medium-chain fatty acid triglycerides, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, gelatin, glycerin, polysorbate 80, parabens, titanium oxide, Yellow No. 5
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take within 30 minutes after a meal if possible, with water or lukewarm water.

- ✓Children should take under adult supervision.
- ✓To remove capsules from the PTP sheet, press firmly on the raised side of the sheet to break through the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the capsule. Do not swallow the PTP sheet, as it may puncture the esophageal lining and cause serious injury.
- ✕Do not use this product if you:
- (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) Are under 12 years of age.
- ✕Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: other cough and phlegm medicines, cold medicines, sedatives, or oral medicines containing antihistamines (such as rhinitis medicines, motion sickness medicines, or allergy medicines).
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product (drowsiness may occur).
- ✓If you are breastfeeding, do not take this product. If you must take this product, avoid breastfeeding.
- ✕Do not overdose or use for an extended period.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouded consciousness shortly after use.
- • Respiratory depression: Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment by a doctor.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are elderly.
- (4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (5) Have any of the following symptoms: high fever, or difficulty urinating.
- (6) Have been diagnosed with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, glaucoma, thyroid disease, respiratory impairment, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, or obesity.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash or redness, itching
- Gastrointestinal: Nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite
- Nervous system: Dizziness
- Urinary: Difficulty urinating
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if the following symptoms persist or worsen: constipation, dry mouth, drowsiness.
- ✓Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses.
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date. Even within the expiry date, use within 6 months of opening.
