Indication

Relief of the following symptoms due to acute or allergic rhinitis: sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, watery eyes, and heaviness in the head

Active Ingredients (per 2 tablets)

Outer layer — dissolves in stomach Chlorpheniramine maleate 6mg
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6mg
Datura extract 12mg
Inner core — dissolves in intestines Chlorpheniramine maleate 6mg

Inactive Ingredients

Dibasic calcium phosphate, lactose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl starch, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose phthalate, glycerin fatty acid ester, shellac, sucrose, glycerin, talc, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol (partially saponified), calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, dimethylpolysiloxane, silicon dioxide, povidone, carnauba wax

Instructions for Use

  • Do not exceed 2 tablets per 24 hours.

  • Do not use with other rhinitis medications, antihistamine-containing products (cold medicines, expectorants, motion sickness drugs, or allergy medicines), or indigestion and heartburn medicines.
  • After taking, do not drive or operate machinery (may cause drowsiness, blurred vision, or abnormal brightness).
  • Do not take for an extended period.
  • If any of the following occur after taking, stop immediately and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson: skin rash, redness, or itching; nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite; headache; difficulty urinating; facial hot flashes; or abnormal brightness.
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, or blood in urine (possible aplastic anemia); or sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat (possible agranulocytosis).
  • If dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, or blurred vision persists or worsens, stop use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 days, stop use and consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
  • Consult a physician, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you are currently receiving medical treatment, are pregnant or may be pregnant, are elderly, have had an allergic reaction to any drug, have difficulty urinating or a fever, or have been diagnosed with glaucoma, diabetes, thyroid disease, heart disease, or hypertension.
  • Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
  • • Aplastic anemia: Bruising, nosebleed, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, or blood in urine.
  • • Agranulocytosis: Sudden high fever, chills, or sore throat.
  • Stonarhini S uses a dual time-release structure — the outer layer dissolves in the stomach for fast relief, while the inner core dissolves in the intestines for extended action.
  • Strictly follow the prescribed dosage.
  • When removing the tablet from the PTP sheet, press the convex side firmly to break the foil on the back. Remove the tablet before taking — do not swallow the PTP sheet.
