Antihistamine for allergic rhinitis

Relief of nasal allergic symptoms caused by pollen, house dust (indoor dust), and similar substances: sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion.
Active Ingredients (per 2 tablets (daily dose))
Bepotastine besilate 20 mg
Inactive Ingredients
magnesium stearate, cellulose, talc, hypromellose, macrogol, D-mannitol
Instructions for Use
- ✓Take 1 tablet at a time, 2 times daily, in the morning and evening.

- ✓For pollen-induced symptoms, start taking from the expected date of pollen dispersal, or as soon as symptoms begin.
- ✓Continued use improves efficacy.
- ✓If symptoms do not improve after 1 week of use, or if you continue using this product for more than 2 weeks even if symptoms improve, consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson.
- ✓To remove tablets from the blister pack: press firmly on the raised side of the PTP sheet to break through the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet. Do not swallow the PTP sheet, as it may become lodged in the throat.
- ✕Do not use if you:
- • (1) Have had allergic reactions to this product or its ingredients.
- • (2) Are under 15 years of age.
- • (3) Have been diagnosed with kidney disease.
- ✕Do not take the following medications while using this product: other allergy medicines (including oral medicines for rhinitis and skin diseases), or oral medicines containing antihistamines (cold medicines, antitussive and expectorant medicines, motion sickness medicines, or sleep aids).
- ✕Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking this product (may cause drowsiness).
- ✕Do not take this product if you are nursing, or discontinue nursing while taking it.
- ✕Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under medical treatment.
- (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
- (3) Are elderly.
- (4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
- (5) Are not sure whether your symptoms are caused by an allergy or another condition.
- (6) Have been diagnosed with other allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma or atopic dermatitis.
- ✓Stop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after use:
- Skin: rash, swelling, hives
- Gastrointestinal system: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, stomach discomfort, glossitis, abdominal pain
- Central nervous system: malaise, headache, heavy-headedness, dizziness
- Urinary system: blood in urine, decreased urine output, difficulty urinating
- Others: menstrual abnormalities, edema, palpitations, difficulty breathing, numbness, taste disturbance
- ✓If the following symptoms occur and persist or worsen, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you:
- Dry mouth, drowsiness, constipation, diarrhea
- ✓Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. Do not use after the expiry date.
Additional Information
Has both antihistaminic and anti-inflammatory effects, providing relief from sneezing and runny nose as well as nasal congestion. A second-generation antihistamine with less drowsiness and dry mouth compared to older antihistamines. Can be taken on an empty stomach.
