Indication

Relief of nasal symptoms caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis: sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, watery eyes, sore throat, and head heaviness.

Active Ingredients (per day (3 packets))

Chlorpheniramine maleate 6mg
Phenylephrine hydrochloride 12mg
Dipotassium glycyrrhizate 33mg

Inactive Ingredients

Sucrose, lactose hydrate, D-mannitol, aspartame (contains phenylalanine), hydroxypropylcellulose, flavoring

Instructions for Use

  • Take 3 times daily after each meal.

Children 7–10 years 1 packet 3 times daily (after each meal)
Children 3–6 years 2/3 packet 3 times daily (after each meal)
Children 1–2 years 1/2 packet 3 times daily (after each meal)
Under 1 year Do not use
  • Follow the recommended dosage strictly.
  • Children should take under adult supervision.
  • For children under 2 years: prioritize seeing a doctor first; use only when unavoidable.
  • If dividing a packet, fold the bag closed and use within 2 days.
  • If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days, stop and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you.
  • Do not use together with other rhinitis oral medicines, or antihistamine-containing oral medicines (cold medicines, antitussives, motion sickness medicines, or allergy medicines).
  • Do not operate vehicles or machinery after taking (may cause drowsiness).
  • Do not use long-term.
  • Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
  • (1) Are under medical treatment.
  • (2) Are pregnant or possibly pregnant.
  • (3) Are elderly.
  • (4) Have had allergic reactions to medicines or other substances.
  • (5) Have high fever, difficulty urinating, or swelling.
  • (6) Have been diagnosed with glaucoma, diabetes, thyroid disorder, heart disease, high blood pressure, or kidney disease.
  • Stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you, if any of the following occur after taking:
  • Skin: rash, redness, itching
  • GI: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite
  • Urinary: difficulty urinating
  • Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following serious side effects:
  • Pseudoaldosteronism / Myopathy: weakness, numbness, stiffness, or cramps in the limbs, along with fatigue and muscle pain, gradually worsening
  • Aplastic anemia: bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin or mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling faint, or blood in urine
  • Agranulocytosis: sudden high fever, chills, sore throat
  • If the following symptoms persist or worsen after taking, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson, bringing this package insert with you: dry mouth, drowsiness.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not transfer to another container. If dividing a packet, fold the bag closed and use within 2 days. Do not use after the expiry date.
