Indication
Diarrhea due to overeating or overdrinking, and diarrhea due to catching a chill
Active Ingredients (per 2 tablets (1 daily dose))
Loperamide hydrochloride 1 mg
Inactive Ingredients
Erythritol, D-mannitol, povidone, sodium saccharin, macrogol, magnesium stearate, silicic anhydride, fragrance (containing l-menthol)
Instructions for Use
- ✓Let dissolve in the mouth — no water needed.
- ✓Wait at least 4 hours between doses. Do not take once diarrhea stops.

- ✓Remove tablets from the blister pack before taking: press firmly with the pad of your finger (not your fingernail) on the raised side to push through the foil backing. Do not swallow tablets in the blister pack, as the sharp edge may injure the esophageal mucosa. Note: the foil may sometimes separate into a small circle when pushed — do not swallow it.
- ✓Tablets may break or chip, but this does not affect efficacy — take the full amount including any broken pieces. Take tablets promptly after removing from the pack.
- ✕Do not take this product if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- ✕Do not take the following medicines while taking this product: pain relief or antispasmodic stomach medicine.
- ✕Do not drive or operate machinery after taking this medicine (drowsiness may occur).
- ✕Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medicine.
- ✓Seek immediate medical attention if any of the following serious symptoms appear:
- • Shock (anaphylaxis): Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouding of consciousness immediately after taking.
- • Ileus (intestinal obstruction): Intense abdominal pain, no gas passage, vomiting, or severe constipation with abdominal distension.
- • Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis: High fever, eye redness, eye discharge, lip erosion, sore throat, or widespread skin rash/redness that persists or suddenly worsens.
- ⚠Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this product if you:
- (1) Are under the care of a physician.
- (2) Have diarrhea with fever, bloody stool, or persistent mucous stool.
- (3) Have acute and severe diarrhea, or diarrhea with abdominal pain, abdominal distension, or nausea. (Stopping diarrhea with this product may worsen your condition.)
- (4) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
- (5) Are breastfeeding.
- (6) Are elderly.
- (7) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
- (8) Have an anal condition requiring avoidance of constipation (this product may cause constipation).
- ✓Stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if any of the following symptoms appear after taking this product, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
- Gastrointestinal: Constipation, sense of abdominal fullness, abdominal discomfort, nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, or loss of appetite
- Neuropsychiatric: Dizziness
- ✓Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if the following symptom persists or worsens:
- Constipation
- ✓Stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson — bringing this package insert with you — if symptoms do not improve after 2 to 3 days.
